Terms and Conditions of Use Agreement (Subscribers)

Welcome to the ATP Zone platform.

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a binding legal contract between you as a user/subscriber ("you", "the subscriber", or "the member") and the administration of the ATP Zone platform ("us", "the platform", or "the first party").

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your use of the platform's services and registration constitutes your express agreement to these terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, please do not complete the registration process or use the platform's services.

2. Account and Registration

1. Data Accuracy: You must provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information during the registration process, and update it continuously whenever changes occur.
2. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). Any activity through your account is considered to be initiated by you under your full responsibility.
3. Eligibility: By creating an account, you declare that you are of legal age to enter into binding contracts, or that you represent an entity and have the legal authority to bind it to these terms.

3. Nature of Services

The platform offers subscribers a range of services and features based on the subscription tier chosen. This agreement does not in any way constitute an employment relationship, partnership, or agency between the platform and the subscriber.

4. Subscriber Obligations (Acceptable Use Policy)

As a subscriber, you agree NOT to:

1. Use the platform for any illegal, fraudulent, or law-violating purposes.
2. Interfere with the operation of the platform, attempt to disrupt its servers, or introduce viruses or malware.
3. Violate the intellectual property rights of the platform or any third parties.
4. Resell platform services, lease, or share your account with third parties without prior written consent from administration.
5. Abuse others, or post offensive, defamatory, or indecent content.

5. Fees and Subscriptions

1. Payment: Some platform services are subject to periodic subscription fees (monthly/annually). By choosing a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees specified through the payment gateways.
2. Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled via your account settings before the renewal date.
3. Suspension for Non-payment: The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately in case of failure or delay in paying subscription fees.

6. Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel the automatic renewal at any time via your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid period.
2. Account Termination by us: If your account is suspended due to violation of these terms, you will not be entitled to any refund.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

1. Platform Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including source code, designs, texts, and logos, are the exclusive property of ATP Zone.
2. Subscriber Data: You retain full ownership of the data you enter. You grant the platform a limited licence to process this data solely to provide the services to you.

8. Disclaimer

1. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of 100% uptime without maintenance or technical disruptions.
2. The platform is not liable for any losses or damages (direct or indirect) resulting from your use of the platform, data loss, or service interruption due to force majeure.

9. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to amend or update these terms at any time. We will notify you of major amendments. Your continued use after notification constitutes your acceptance.

10. Account Termination

1. By You: You can permanently delete your account at any time via your account settings.
2. By Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach any core terms of this agreement.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, or otherwise referred to the competent courts.
