Analyse des gaz respirés avec haute précision.

1. Overview

Servomex devices are industrial and portable gas analyzers used to accurately measure the concentrations of various gases (oxygen, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, combustible gases, moisture, etc.) in applications such as industrial processes, combustion, safety, and gas quality testing.

2. Technologies Used

  • Paramagnetic sensors for O₂ measurement.
  • Coulometric (electrochemical) sensors for trace oxygen levels.
  • Non-Dispersive Infrared (NDIR) sensors for CO₂, CO, CH₄, etc.
  • Moisture detection via specific sensors (e.g., Al₂O₃ moisture probes) to measure water vapor.

3. Typical Measurable Parameters

  • Depending on the model, Servomex can:
  • Measure O₂ (percentage or trace levels).
  • Measure CO₂ and CO in percentage or ppm.
  • Detect combustible gases (COe), methane, etc.
  • Measure humidity (water vapor) / dew point.

4. Examples of Models & Features

ModelCapacity / UseFeatures

FluegasExact 2700Combustion gas analysisSensors for O₂ and COe (combustibles), high-temperature resistant, designed for chimneys, incinerators, industrial furnaces.

5. Operating Conditions & Maintenance

  • Certain models are certified for hazardous areas (ATEX, IECEx) depending on their intended use.
  • Fixed devices require periodic calibration, sensor verification, and cleaning of sampling parts.
  • Portable models feature rechargeable batteries (sometimes with long autonomy) but also require maintenance.
  • Resistance to temperature, pressure, and contaminants depends on the specific model. Some withstand very high temperatures or aggressive gases.
